The goal was to develop a cohesive and modern campaign that could be deployed across print, digital, and in-person settings—bringing Eby’s values and opportunities to life in a bold, approachable way.
We developed an integrated recruitment system that included video production, print design, and a custom landing page—all aligned to a central theme of growth, opportunity, and people-first culture.
A series of recruitment cards was designed to be handed out at job fairs, career expos, and site visits. Each card focused on a unique pillar of the campaign—Culture, Internships, and Career Paths—and included QR codes for easy digital engagement.
We created a streamlined, mobile-friendly landing page to serve as the campaign hub, guiding users to relevant content and helping them take the next step toward applying.
