Summit Surgical hospital needed a deadline focused project manager to oversee and coordinate an EHR Implementation and Refresh on a time crunch. WTS stepped up and was able to coordinate and manage about a dozen separate projects to equate to a EHR upgrade in 6 months.
After a successful EHR implementation, WTS was asked to consult on Summit’s IT needs. We developed a 3 year capex plan and took it through a full board approval and implementation.
