The Wichita Area Builders Association organizes the Parade of Homes twice each year—Spring and Fall—providing an opportunity for builders to showcase their latest home models to the public. With a long-standing tradition in the region, the event needed a refreshed look and a more robust promotional strategy to continue attracting new homebuyers and engaging the community.
WABA partnered with us to reimagine the Parade of Homes brand and elevate the seasonal campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels. The goal was to increase awareness, modernize the look, and deepen community engagement—while streamlining how information was presented online and on-site.
