Comprehensive seasonal branding, marketing, and digital enhancements for WABA’s annual Parade of Homes.

The Wichita Area Builders Association organizes the Parade of Homes twice each year—Spring and Fall—providing an opportunity for builders to showcase their latest home models to the public. With a long-standing tradition in the region, the event needed a refreshed look and a more robust promotional strategy to continue attracting new homebuyers and engaging the community.

WABA partnered with us to reimagine the Parade of Homes brand and elevate the seasonal campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels. The goal was to increase awareness, modernize the look, and deepen community engagement—while streamlining how information was presented online and on-site.

Brand Refresh for Seasonal Consistency
We redesigned the Parade of Homes logos for both Spring and Fall, providing a cleaner, more contemporary look with a strong color distinction between seasons for quick visual recognition.
Omni-Channel Marketing Execution
Our team wrote and produced radio spots and TV commercials, designed billboards, and created web banner ads and print materials for cohesive, cross-platform exposure.
Enhanced User Experience & Engagement
We redesigned the Parade of Homes website pages to include updated listing formats and integrated a new voting system for the People’s Choice initiative—giving the community an interactive way to participate.
Event Support Materials
Directional yard signs, street banners, and event signage were designed and produced to reinforce the campaign branding and improve the in-person visitor experience.
Community-Driven Innovation
We introduced and implemented the People’s Choice voting feature, which included safeguards to track submissions, prevent cheating, and ensure fair, one-vote-per-house functionality.
