WTS partnered with contractors during the build-out phase, designing conduit paths and equipment placement in advance to accommodate the room’s unique shape and technical needs.

Ceiling-mounted microphones and speakers, paired with opposing wall-mounted displays, deliver a clear, immersive experience for both in-person and remote attendees.

The room now supports everything from client-facing video calls to internal planning sessions, giving WTS a flexible, future-proof meeting space aligned with modern business needs.
